To enhance your experience, we have tried to think of everything to help make your stay a lifelong memory. Everything from providing you with full, accurate details of what you can expect when you arrive (witness this web site), to hassle free bookings and our personal attention to your every request.
However we do realise we can’t think of everything so are always happy to respond to whatever your requirements are.
Rainforest Estate is thoroughly cleaned between guests. Because some guests like their privacy, we can leave you totally alone for the duration of your stay if so desired. However if required, a free towel and linen change is available every 3 - 5 days and a free pool and spa maintenance service is available every week to suit your privacy needs.
Additional housekeeping and maintenance services can be provided on a more frequent basis (daily if required) and will be charged to your account at our cost plus our Standard Service Fee.
On arrival we will meet and greet you and settle you in. We provide you with a cold bottle of French Champagne (or a suitable substitute for non-drinkers), a tropical fruit basket and a selection of tropical flowers to help get you into “tropical holiday” mode.
If you’ve taken advantage of our shopping service your requested supplies will be waiting for you.
Because of the extensive size of the property and the facilities available, we like to explain things in some detail. This usually takes about 30 minutes and helps ensure you can take full advantage of all the facilities available during your stay / event.
This is a complementary service.
On request we can do your food and beverage shopping for you so on arrival, or during your visit, its all waiting for you to whip up a gourmet meal or do some entertaining.
Food and beverage items purchased on your behalf will be charged to your account at our cost plus an hourly charge.
During the inquiry / booking process, we are happy to answer any questions you have and / or to discuss options for your stay / event. After making a booking we will contact you to make sure everything you require is taken care of before your arrival.
We can do as little or as much as you require for your stay / event. For example we can organise groceries, tours and transport (including a private helicopter) as well as personal services such as a chef, nanny, driver, spa treatments or a hairdresser. Or for a special event, you might need a caterer, a grand piano, a marquee and / or a marriage celebrant. No problems, we can organise almost anything with enough notice.
Or we can leave you totally alone to enjoy your peace and privacy if that’s what you’d prefer.
All charges we incur on your behalf (other than standard tours that are charged at the provider’s advertised cost) will be charged to your account at our cost plus our Standard Service Fee.
All power and gas is provided free of charge. This includes gas from the gas BBQ as well as supplies for the Webber BBQ.
Telephone and Internet
Local telephone calls and broadband wireless internet access (limit 5gb per week), are provided free of charge.
All interstate and overseas telephone calls and all excess internet charges (over 5Gb per week) will be charged to your account at our cost plus our Standard Service Fee.
Over 100 sports, entertainment, lifestyle, children's and news and documentary channels are provided for your entertainment and information at no charge. Any pay-per-view items such as Box Office movies or special events you order will be charged to your account at our cost plus our Standard Service Fee.
